By using HiBye, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using HiBye

• You must be at least 16 years old to use HiBye.
• You agree to treat other users respectfully during chat sessions. Harassment, hate speech, and spam are not tolerated and may result in being removed from the platform.
• Sessions are time-limited and intended for language practice. Misuse of the matching system (for example, to repeatedly contact the same person outside of intended use) is not permitted.

Accounts

HiBye supports anonymous sessions by default. If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Reporting and moderation

You can report a partner after any session. We review reports to help keep the community safe, and may suspend access for users who violate these terms.

No warranty

HiBye is provided "as is" while in early development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability as we continue to build and improve the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as HiBye evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
